
Since LD Lines / Transmanche Ferries took over the running of the Dieppe to Newhaven ferry, they have made significant improvements in the reliability and punctuality of the service. All scheduled departures now take into account tidal fluctuations. Additionally, the introduction of two new vessels on the route ensures maximum comfort in the crossing from Newhaven to Dieppe.
LD Lines / Transmanche Ferries have a modern terminal building in Dieppe. Facilities include a bar / snack bar, WC / washroom facilities, a lounge area with comfortable seating and amusement machines (all after check-in). A brand new travel shop has recently opened "The Wave" (April 08) offering a wide range of wines, perfumes, magazines etc. allowing you the luxury of last minute shopping prior to boarding for the Dieppe to Newhaven leg of your trip.

How to get to Dieppe
Dieppe Ferry Port by Car
Dieppe is only 121 miles North West of Paris and 41 miles from Rouen. Directions from Rouen center are follow the river Seine on the left bank out of the city on to the N27.The N27 will cross the Motorway ( A29 ) follow the N27 direction to Dieppe.The ferry terminal is well sign-posted from the edge of the town.

Dieppe Ferry Port by Rail
The SNCF train station is in the centre of town. Come straight out of the station and follow the road straight ahead with the Quay on your right. Turn right just before the Tourist Information Centre, cross 2 bridges and take a left turn after the second bridge. Follow the harbour wall (keeping it to your left). The Transmanche Ferry terminal is 500 yards away.

Free car Parking is available for short term use (prior to boarding) outside the terminal.
