Please note: you will need the short 7 digit number (and NOT the LD Lines / Transmanche Ferries reference number) along with the email address that you used to make your reservation.
A minimum fee of 10 pounds or 15 euros will be charged for any amendment in addition to any difference in the fare as a result of the amendment.
You do NOT need to advise us of any change in vehicle registration and make/model, providing that the vehicle remains within the same size category as originally booked (or smaller). This information can be given at the check-in booth prior to departure.
You MUST advise us if you will be taking a different category of vehicle or if you intend to take more passengers than originally booked.
